1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and gbd11 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gbd11 website located at gbd11.bet, including all content, features, games, and services offered through the platform. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gbd11 platform and close any account you may have registered. Use of the platform by persons who have not accepted these Terms is strictly prohibited. gbd11 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

2Eligibility and Age Verification

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Creating an account while underage is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person accessing the platform for your own personal entertainment. Corporate entities, bots, and automated access systems are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform, and you must not be knowingly excluded from gambling activities under any applicable consumer protection programme.

gbd11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension. We take age verification seriously — any attempt to circumvent age controls is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities where required.

3Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of features offered by gbd11, you must register a single personal account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-step verification codes with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify gbd11 support immediately through official channels.
• Account registration is free of charge. gbd11 does not charge a fee for creating an account. Deposits, however, are subject to the payment method terms and any applicable processing fees charged by your payment provider.
• gbd11 may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks as required. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request and to submit requested documents in a timely manner. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed may be restricted or closed.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

gbd11 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of locally relevant payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Individual payment methods may have their own minimum or maximum transaction limits, which are displayed at the point of transaction. You must use a payment method that is registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. If your account has not completed KYC, your withdrawal request may be held pending the successful submission and review of verification documents.
• gbd11 does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Processing times vary by method and are subject to standard banking hours. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during operational hours.
• gbd11 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account may be frozen and referred for further investigation.

All funds deposited into your gbd11 account must be used for gaming purposes. gbd11 is not a banking or money transmission service. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to wager is not permitted and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited amounts.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

gbd11 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional bonus-specific terms and conditions that accompany the offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand all applicable terms before accepting a bonus.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they are awarded. Transferring, selling, or otherwise exchanging bonuses between accounts is strictly prohibited.
• gbd11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus amounts not yet subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer may only be used on the games specified in the promotion terms. Winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• gbd11 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion may have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account suspended.

6Responsible Gaming

gbd11 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide tools to help players manage their activity and encourage all users to approach gambling as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but increases to an existing limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from gbd11 at any time by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to create a new account.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbd11. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to access, scrape, or interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by gbd11.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including match-fixing or the use of insider information.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform, its games, or its payment processing systems.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonus offers more than once, or to circumvent any account restriction or suspension.

gbd11 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is detected, gbd11 will act swiftly and proportionately. The determination of what constitutes a breach of these rules lies solely with gbd11 and that determination is final.

8Intellectual Property

All content available on the gbd11 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, images, audio-visual content, and the overall arrangement and selection of content, is the exclusive property of gbd11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of gbd11.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbd11 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

• gbd11 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect access to the platform or to specific games.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, gbd11 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings that result from a demonstrable malfunction will not be paid and may be voided.
• gbd11's liability in any event shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises. This aggregate cap applies to all claims collectively, not individually.

10Account Suspension and Termination

gbd11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasonable cause includes but is not limited to the following circumstances.

• Breach of these Terms or any supplementary platform rules, including engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7 above.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe, or submission of false, altered, or fraudulent identity documents.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or to facilitate criminal activity of any kind.

Where an account is closed by gbd11 for cause, any balance remaining in the account after applicable deductions (including forfeiture of bonus funds) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where an account is voluntarily closed by the player, any real-money balance will be returned via the player's verified payment method following standard processing procedures.

11Privacy and Data Protection

gbd11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may access the Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the site footer. gbd11 will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

12Amendments to These Terms

gbd11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. gbd11 encourages players to contact support in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be handled in accordance with the formal dispute resolution procedure set out in our FAQ. gbd11 is committed to treating all disputes fairly and transparently.
